
HI DARLINGS! I am so excited about sharing this video of my favorite KETO DRESSINGS. I use both regularly and thought you guys might enjoy them too. These are my versions of an ITALIAN and CAESAR DRESSINGS. KETO DRESSINGS VIDEO
ITALIAN DRESSING

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons parmesan
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon keto friendly mayo
- 2 teaspoon organic honey (or any keto friendly sugar alternative)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Red chili flakes, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place ingredients in a shaker or jar with a tight seal and shake until mixed.
CAESAR DRESSING

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Keto friendly mayo
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk
- 1 ½ teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup parmesan
DIRECTIONS
Place ingredients in food processor and blend until mixed, use more coconut water as needed to thin out dressing.
