DIY TOP + PLEATED NEON SKIRT

HI DARLINGS! I hope you had a wonderful 3 day weekend. I had a little time to get away and enjoy some relaxing time with my friends and family. Now, its back to work…This OOTD is a DIY I did a few months back. I shared the TOP and MATCHING SKIRT in this POST but wanted to refashion some of the items I have sewn so I thought I would wear my top with this great pleated I shared in THIS POST.
