DIY Belted Tunic + Pants Simplicity 1019
Hi Darlings! I know some of you are wondering where I was last week…I took an unexpected blogging break. Life has been a little crazy for me and although I am full of positive outlooks and always try to keep negativity far from my inner circle sometimes it just takes a toll on me. I don’t always share my personal life on the blog because some things are truly meant to be handled within your home… and making things public can sometimes make things more difficult. I just needed a personal mental break from all things and so I decided that I just wasn’t going to post and instead focus on getting other work related things done.
I missed you guys! I always do when I am away for more than a day but I am back and loving my #OOTD…Okay, okay I may be a bit bias since it is my SIMPLICITY 1019 PATTERN (at your local, Joann, Walmart, Hobby Lobby and more) lol! The SEW-ALONG VIDEOS are now online, so if you had been waiting to make it along with me CLICK HERE.
I used THIS striped ponte knit from Michael Levine Fabrics and a “denim look” stretchy knit for the pants. I have linked some more fabric options HERE for the Tunic and a few options for the pants HERE. *Make sure to use my online code “mimi10” for 10% off your fabric purchase*
