Hi Darlings, I am so excited to share with you my favorite dress!! I make this dress all year round and wear them often. I love this dress because it is so easy to dress up or down and you can make it with short or long sleeves (as shown in the tutorial) The other really fantastic thing about this dress is the gathering at the lower waist/hip area, it is flat erring and concealing at the same time!
