NEW SIMPLICITY SUMMER PATTERN: DRESS WITH BUILT IN POWER MESH!
HI DARLINGS! Can we say va-va-voom on this new DRESS WITH BUILT IN POWER MESH!? Yes, we can! This is my second pattern for the summer and the best thing about it is the built-in “compression mesh”. I hate wearing Spanx and although sometimes I can get away without it I still very much hate panty lines, so I will wear a body smoother vs. a body shaper. This dress is lined with a lightweight power mesh to give support, create shape and smooth lines.
You can choose the weight of the power mesh depending on how much support you want. I talked about this a bit in THIS YOUTUBE VIDEO where I showed you how to add it to your skirts. The SEW-ALONG VIDEO for this dress is up now on my YOUTUBE channel.

The MODAL KNIT for the light pink dress is from MICHAEL LEVINE, and the velvet is from LA FINCH FABRICS they no longer have the pink colorway, but they do have a RED. The dress comes in two lengths and the peek a boo opening is optional, you could just close it all the way if you want.
