MODIFIED MENS JUMPSUIT PATTERN FOR HER USING SIMPLICITY #8616

HI DARLINGS! I am so excited about this post you guys. This jumpsuit is one of my SIMPLICITY MENS PATTERN that I just love and couldn’t wait to make. I made several modifications to this jumpsuit which I talk about a bit further below. The fabric is a lightweight cotton shirting.

There are TWO SEW-ALONG’S for you, I made a modification video talking about what I did and NORRIS sis a step-step on sewing up the pattern from start to finish. My modification video is below and you can find the full SEW ALONG on his YOUTUBE.

 

PATTERN MODIFICATIONS & INFO

I cut a size 42 and just looked at the finish garment measurements on the tissue paper to see what size I wanted to cut according to my hip. I reshaped the collar, added an elastic casing and adjusted the front pockets and graded down a size at the bodice and sleeve. The video below talks about those changes.
