HI DARLINGS! I don’t know if you have noticed but I have been on a mission to get healthy and lose weight. In the last 2 years I have gained 25 lbs. and although I am far from unhappy with my body I don’t feel as good as I do at my usual weight of 130 lbs. I also realized that my knee starts to hurt more the more weight I gain and I had to do something about it now!

I have been working out, eating clean and really taking time to do things that make me smile… one of those things is shopping for workout gear, lol! I always feel better in cute workout clothes and thanks to OLD NAVY I got plenty of options. I always find great mix and match pieces that I can layer when I need to.

I sometimes workout at home if I am short on time or just need to be near home. I usually start with a morning run and although we live in LA it still gets cool in the early mornings.

When I am not running in the mornings I throw it over my skinny jeans or yoga pants and run errands in it.coveron One of my favorite pieces from the summer were these running shorts but when its chilly I layer them over my leggings to keep me warm.dsc06593Then I come inside and throw in my favorite workout video. Even when I am at home I must look good because it makes me feel good!
