DIY FLUTTER SLEEVE DRESS

HI DARLINGS! I had to post this dress although it was a wearable muslin I love it. I was inspired by a dress that Tracey Ellis Ross wore on Good Morning America. That is the beauty of sewing, you can see it and make it.

I plan to make it again and I will walk you through the sleeve which is pretty easy. I used my own tutorial on the OFF SHOULDER DRESS found HERE to make the dress.

I am headed to LAX for a 10 day business trip so I am gonna keep it short. xoxo
