DIY BLACK SUITING PANTS USING BURDA 6358
HI DARLINGS! Well, it’s 2019 and we are ready to go. This year is going to be even better than last year and we have so many great projects on the horizon. I had a little bit of time to sew during the holidays so I am excited to show you some of those makes. You guys know I love a good drop crotch pant so I am gonna start the first of 2019 with the best, most comfortable, easy to sew pants pattern by BURDA.
OUTFIT DETAILS
DIY PANTS: I used pattern BURDA 6358 and let me tell you, I love this pattern! It is a quick sew, no fuss fly front, great pockets, drop crotch (aka “my poopy pants”) they have great length options, back yoke, belt loops, and amazing fit. THE FABRIC: I used an Italian wool suiting I had in my stash, it sews like a dream. You can find black Itsuitingsuting HERE. and some other options are HERE.
THE JACKET: I got THIS blazer at H&M some months ago but it is online and currently on SALE! I loved the fit and print on it. It’s a single button double breasted jacket with a full lining.
THE TOP: This has been in my closet for a long time, its a mesh tee I got at Forever 21 (I think) I wore it in THIS look
ACCESSORIES: These silver bobble earrings are the best! I think they are from H&M, my sunnies are vintage DIOR and my bracelets are from TARGET. I got my shoes many years ago from STEVE MADDEN (similar booties HERE.
